The YMCA runs a number of rock climbing courses from beginner level all the way to pro. Prices for elementary adult courses start at $700 for six sessions at their indoor leading wall in Tsim Sha Tsui; or $950 for six sessions at the outdoor King’s Park location.

Situated in the Beehive atrium of MegaBox, the skate school offers classes in both ice hockey and figure skating, catering to all levels and abilities. There are youth and adult ice hockey leagues as well as figure skating competitions and tests.
Get Dad into top gear and into the driving seat at Sideways. This virtual racing center has 13 networked simulators with heavy duty gear shifters, realistic steering system and brake pedals, just like real race cars. Racing action is broadcasted live onto plasma screens to allow friends and fans to watch the action. You can race against the clock or against each other for speedy competitions. The driving experience is very close to the real thing—be it a BMW Mini, a V8 Supercar, or a Formula One car. Prices start from $200 for 30 minutes of driving through to $1,200 for 3 hours.
The ever loved and non-profit YWCA has an array of exercise classes in its summer program including tennis, Balance & Flow (a combination of yoga, tai chi and pilates) and group capoeira from Brazil. Capoeira combines martial arts, acrobatics and music, meaning you can work out in a playful style whilst singing along to traditional songs in Portuguese.
