Having been in Hong Kong for eight years, Chef Vittorio Lucariello has worked at the Grissini at the Grand Hyatt, as well as the Angelini at the Shangri-la. Now a chef at the Tosca Restaurant in Ritz Carlton, Lucariello mainly prepares Italian cuisine at the open kitchen.
The cooking class will mainly focus on preparing southern Italian dishes from scratch. At each cooking class, Lucariello will show participants how to cook an appetizer, main course, and desserts while adding his own cooking tips and secrets to selecting quality ingredients. Following each class, students will be able to enjoy a three-course set lunch at Tosca.
The cooking classes will be held bi-monthly on last Saturday mornings of the month, starting on July 28. The classes will be held at 10am-1pm at 102/F, The Chef’s Table, and will cost $1,200 + 10% per student.
