In its sophomore exhibition, Artist Residence presents works by local graffiti artists Xeme and Sinic (work pictured). Sinic's works are bright yet somehow sinister natural and urban landscapes filled with creatures, plant life and human figures, while Xeme favors murals of abstracted text, patterns and stylized Chinese calligraphy. Opened this past June, Artist Residence is a Hong Kong offshoot of British art hotels of the same name, with a focus on gtaffiti and street art, photography, upcycled art and graphic design.
