Renowned local artist and architect William Lim showcases 10 years' worth of his installation works at his latest exhibition. Some notable installations include a 4.5 meter high pagoda made out of 600 mooncake tins; an installation that holds the Guiness World Record for biggest sculpture made out of lanterns (pictured); and Lim's contribution to the 12th Venice Biennale International Architecture Exhibition.

Spring is sexy. In China, "spring heart" and "spring feelings" can refer to lust, love or passion, while in Japan, 17th and 18th century erotic woodblock prints were called shunga, which literally means "images of spring." In the West, spring is associated with renewal and rebirth, and sprouting flowers are always suggestive of reproductive organs in the art world. No better time, then, to use the sexy season as a label for this group exhibition of erotic...

Yang Yongliang's second Hong Kong exhibition blends visual and video elements to forward his ongoing preoccupation with Asian cities evolving via technological development. With stunning clarity, he contrasts the rural and urban to dream-like effect, setting up scenes of twilight that ask the viewer to contemplate the effect that our urbanisation and modernisation have on cultural preservation. Especially prescient for life in our city, this one's...

Local artist Cyran Fan Yun-wah has a penchant for depicting scenes from everyday life, though I'm not quite sure what planet he's walking around on. His characters are simultaneously amusing and creepy, combining playful activity with lethargic, empty eyes. Whether you find it uplifting or depressing might say as much about you as it does about Cyran.

Local artist Au Hoi-lam's work is autobiographical, focusing on the trivial minutae of everyday life to contemplate how they speak to broader themes that weave through her life. This exhibition mourns the death of her father. The gallery is colored ocean blue, an evocative song written for him plays repeatedly, and his bed is installed in the space. The symbols, images and sounds are meant to be interpreted differently by each who passes through. Au dedicates the exhibition not just to...

French graphic artist Romain Jacquet‐Lagrèze became interested in photography while living in Los Angeles and Tokyo, inspired by constantly growing skyscrapers which he terms "the architectural race to the sky." This inspiration has understandably found a home here in Hong Kong, and "Vertical Horizon" is a collection of his snaps since living here, showing the colors and dimensions of our towering skyline from unusual and striking angles. As a part of Le French May,...
