As the UK’s leading vocational education organization, City & Guild offers an Award in Professional Bartending (Cocktails), and this is the first time the bartending award is on offer in Hong Kong. Those who successfully complete the program may also move forward and receive diplomas in other Food & Beverage courses, eventually leading to a diploma in Professional Food and Beverage Service.

The first course offered—covering selecting and using equipment, cocktail specifications, cocktail making techniques, and more—will be available starting mid-June at the Tsim Sha Tsui campus of the YMCA College of Continuing Education. Candidates can register by calling the course hotline 2268-7733.

Visit the City & Guilds East Asia homepage for more information.
