The newer hotel has a much more boutique feel, with chilled clubby mixes of bossa classics, Rasmus Faber and Beyoncé heard throughout its chic lobby and its Swarovski-studded halls. Bar Cristal, their classic lobby bar, is like an exquisite jewel box, crowned with a nineteenth century antique chandelier from France. All its 410 rooms are spacious suites (1,100 to 2,000 square feet of luxury living, baby) in lucky red. If that’s not enough to impress your in-laws’ extravagant tastes, put them in one of the four 7,000 square feet villas, with a master bedroom and two guest rooms, complete with office, computer and printer, and a 24 hour butler, of course. The Spa at Encore on the first floor of the resort, and Encore features a more intimate casino space featuring 24 baccarat tables and a variety of slot machines. Ka-ching! There’s also a non-smoking casino floor area near 99 Noodles, and Ionair Fresh Air System is installed throughout its premises to ensure clean, comfortable indoor climate.
