InterContinental Hong Kong is offering cooking classes with their celebrated chef Nobu Matsuhisa & Guest Chef Sasajima of Il Ghiottone in Kyoto & Tokyo from March 17 - 19. Classes are $1,288 per person and they run from 10:30am -2:30pm.
