Originally from Los Angeles, Maroon 5 debuted with their first album Songs about Jane hitting Billboard charts with “Harder to Breathe.” Maroon 5 won three Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist, and their single “Moves Like Jagger” featuring Christina Aguilera which sold over 7 million copies worldwide. Maroon 5 has also gained international success, selling over 17 million albums worldwide with their albums going gold and platinum in many countries around the world.

This year, Maroon 5 is coming to Hong Kong with their new album Overexposed, which is to be released in Hong Kong on June 25. The first single off the new album, “Payphone,” featuring Wiz Khalifa, already shot to No.3 on the Billboard Hot 100 list.

[UPDATE] The American band The Cab will be opening the concert. Most well-known for their song "I'll Run," The Cab has debuted at #1 on Billboard's Top New Artist Chart in April 2008, and have worked with popular artists, such as Bruno Mars, Martin Johnson of Boys Like Girls, and Adam Levine of Maroon 5.
