If you’re sick of boring black pumps, these creations will help you breathe life into your shoe collection.
The goods: The floor-to-ceiling shelves are bursting with sequins, feathers and floral designs. Irregular Choice is known for its quirky style, and explores unexpected techniques, from covering a pair of Mary Janes in wool to perching a giant fake flower precariously onto an ankle strap. Harajuku-inspired platforms sit alongside ballet pumps cut out of the Union Jack (a UK best-seller). And, better yet, there’s no need to raid your bank account to take home a pair of these daring designer heels. With prices starting at $800, this place is shoe heaven for both the budget-conscious and hard-working gals with some sass. Clothing and accessories are also available.
The décor: Think black and white harlequin tiles, colorful mermaid-print floors and white quilted ceilings. Altogether, an unashamedly, unapologetic, over-the-top shopping experience.
