The décor:
This two-storey bar and restaurant is an ultra glammed up interpretation of Thailand’s traditional wooden houses. The dining room features a combination of wood and mirror wall panels for an earthy, yet contemporary vibe. The bar level channels the same casual-chic motif, with a color palette of dark woods and shocking pinks.
The food: Ayuthaiya’s modernized Thai cuisine is specially designed for casual eating and sharing. And to stay true to the authentic flavors of Thai food, the kitchen team makes all their sauces and pastes fresh from scratch. Signature eats include the restaurant’s special dips and relishes. There’s also a “street food” section on the menu, featuring small bites like the delectably spiced steamed red curry salmon dumplings.
The drinks: Fun cocktails include the Tom Yum Tini (chili infused vodka, Cointreau, lemongrass, lime) and the fruity Red Lotus (vodka, lychee liqueur, cranberry juice).
