The buzz: A gloriously detailed and gorgeous bar lounge from Buzz Concepts, guaranteed to be the new belle in town.

The décor: Immaculate and lustrous in an industrially romantic kind of way, NYC design firm AvroKO referenced prohibition-era speakeasies, pre-war American supper clubs, Parisian arcades and handsome, intimate salons. The aesthetes amongst you will cast your glances on all the attractive trinkets of travel and bar culture that adorn every nook and cranny, and cream in delight at the thought that so much attention has been put in the visual aspect of the venue.

The drinks: The bar serves vintage spirits and well-executed textbook cocktails. The focused drink list features forgotten but sexy classics—try a minty dry gin Southside, a 23-year rum Old Fashioned, or a long-lost Tiki favorite, the Donga Punch.

The food: Forget Tsui Wah. Lipsmacking supper is served until 2am (3am on the weekends), whether you are craving handmade tagliatelle, roasted bone marrow or a North Carolina-style fried quail with cornbread.

The crowd: A-list celebs have been seen there, with VVVIPs being buzzed in and out of their fabulous secret room, the Blind Pig. Expect swarms of glitterati and the party elite.

Why you’ll be back: Oh you just have to.
