BLT Steak

BLT Steak is known for its wide range of prime steak from the US and Australia and the spectacular view of the harbor. Starting its buffet dinner with soup and appetizers, BLT Steak will be serving roasted duck, Norwegian salmon, hanger steak, roasted pig, and lamb for its main menu with some dishes on the side. Al Molo Ristorante Italiano

With its New York outer design of the restaurant overlooking the harbor and the city, Al Molo Ristorante Italiano provides an exquisite dining experience for its diners, and would make the best place for watching fireworks with a drink. The buffet will start with cold salad and cured and sliced meat, followed by cold and hot antipasti selections. The main course will include tagliatelle, risotto, sedanini, spigola, faraona, and bistecca, finishing with fruity desserts, tiramisu, and more.

Hotel Icon

Enjoy a seven-course menu at Above & Beyond located on level 28 of Hotel Icon. The dinner will be complemented with a glass of Pierre Moncuit Champagne NV, and will include crispy-roasted pork belly, abalone marinated in Sake, pan-fried salmon with black vinegar, steamed lobster with egg white and garlic, pan-fried Kagoshima pork with red wine sauce, and more.

You may also enjoy an array of delicious BBQ dinner at the poolside of Hotel Icon, where freshly grilled South China Sea King prawns with garlic, rib-eye beef, herbs lamb chop, hickory smoked baby pork back rib, Germany sausages with green pepper corn mustard, and more will be served. Soups, salads, and deserts will accompany as you watch the fireworks over the Victoria harbor.

Harlan’s

Starting with Balik salmon “3 Ways” and baby green salad with honey mustard dressing, Harlan’s will offer dishes from a variety of different international cuisine. Unique dishes such as lychee and champagne sorbet and baked spring chicken from Breese with wild asparagus and truffle butter sauce, will be served, as well as Harlan’s very own dessert surprise for the night. Plus, if you’re sitting at the outdoor terrace area, you are sure to have a good view for the firework!

Kaika Sushi & Teppanyaki

If you would like to enjoy the fireworks with light Japanese cuisine, Kaika Sushi & Teppanyaki will be serving seafood dishes such as seasonal three kinds of sashimi, abalone and crab leg with orange sauce, three kinds of sushi, clam miso soup, and more. For the main menu, US prime tenderloin, Australian M8 Wagyu rib-eye, and Japanese A4 Kagoshima Wagyu striploin are available for you to choose from.

H One

With its full-length windows, H One is provides an elegant atmosphere for a perfect Italian dinner. The menu includes Maine lobster salad in white turnip and honey dressing, pan fried foie gras with fresh cherry and cherry sauce, hand crafted linguine pasta, and fresh lime sorbet with champagne and mint for starters. You will have a choice between pan fried Italian sea bass with grilled asparagus and lemon grass foam; and charcoal grilled prime beef sirloin with celeriac puree, French beans, and thyme jus. Don’t forget to indulge yourself with the warm melting hazelnut milk chocolate cake and vanilla ice-cream dessert!

Hooray

Enjoy a scrumptious buffet at Hooray with view of the harbor to go with the fireworks. The highlights of the buffet dinner will offer fresh assorted oysters with condiments, assorted chilled seafood selection, and over 30 different selections of organic salads and Italia appetizers. Charcoal grill entrees will be prepared upon order, including rosemary marinated lamb fillet, beef short rib, tiger prawn and herb butter, calamari, and beef Bolognese lasagna and teriyaki-style boneless chicken.

The dinner will start with the chef’s special mango fish roe salad and foie gras on Yamatoimo with Japanese red wine sauce. The main menu includes Spain pork golden loin with onion sauce, US tenderloin with roasted garlic, Australian M8 rib-eye with assorted vegetables, and Japanese A5 rib-eye with assorted vegetables, and the exquisite dinner finishes with miso soup and desserts. It’s always fun to eat Teppanyaki as you watch the skilled chefs preparing excellent cuts of meat, or you may enjoy the view of the harbor through the full-length windows in the restaurant.

The Box

There is no place like The Box to watch the fireworks through their full-length glass windows and their stylish interior design. Buffet dinner will be served with chilled seafood, choose-your-own-ingredients pasta, and over 20 different selections of Italian appetizers and organic salad. Hot entrees will be served for the main menu, including charcoal grilled Tasmanian lamb chop and potatoes, Bolognese lasagna, wood stone roasted wild sea bass and Sicilian tomatoes and pan-fried Italian chicken roll, and asparagus fontina cheese.

Vero Lounge

Dress chic and stylish for the fireworks and Vero Lounge departure, as it will be moving out of Fenwick Pier mid-July. (But Vero Landmark will continue to operate as usual.) There will be a free flow of Belvedere standard mixed drinks, delicious Pizzera Pubblico pizzas, and more than plenty of Vero chocolates and cake. You will walk out with goodie bags and may even win a luxury lucky draw.

InterContinental Hotel Hong Kong

Located at the Kowloon waterfront, InterContinental Hong Kong has a panoramic view of Victoria Harbor and will act as a dramatic backdrop for the fireworks. To accompany the spectacular view, special set dinners will be presented at the hotel’s restaurants.

Harbourside will offer a variety of fresh sushi and sashimi at the seafood and sushi dinner buffet, and a free flow of house wine, beer, juices, and soft drinks will be available. Cold seafood including lobster, scallops, and prawns will also be served, and you will be able to see the chefs prepare the pan-fried foie gras and Peking duck in front of your eyes. Indian, Asian, and Western fish and beef stations will also be available, and leave some room in your stomach for chocolate fountains, crepes and waffles as desserts. Price: $988 or $688 (for ages 12 and under)

The Steak House menu will be prepared by Chef Calvin Choi, beginning with chilled pineapple lobster and scallops, followed by the deluxe salad bar. You will have a choice of meat from US striploin, Australian sirloin tri-tip with Argentinean fillet mignon or Chilean sea bass, Australian tiger prawn, and Irish salmon fillet. A glass of Perrier Jouet and dessert buffet will go well with the fireworks after your meal. Price: $1,288

Yan Toh Heen is for those who prefer to fit the occasion with some Cantonese food. Chef Lau Yiu Fai will present an eight-course menu including scallops and Lycium jelly in Hua Diao wine, followed by double boiled whole abalone with morel and sea cucumber. Steamed prawns with egg white in spinach, Wok-fried Wagyu beef with scallion, Wok-seared cod fish in soy sauce, braised winter melon with imperial fungus, and fried multi-grain rice with chicken and conpoy will be served. Price: $1,288

Spoon will offer a six-course French dinner by Chef Philippe Duc, including a shrimp “bouquet” with Oscietra caviar and reduced nage, steamed duck foie gras with peach and almonds, line caught sea bass, pan-fried beef tournedos with green asparagus, and more. Raspberry or vanilla cup and chocolate-cherry pallet will be served for dessert. Price: $1,488 (additional $888 for wine pairing)

Nobu will serve an eight-course “Omakase” menu of Japanese cuisine with Toro Tartar with caviar, Seki Saba, king crab, Wagyu rib-eye with spicy miso, sushi assortment, and more. Enjoy the “Sparkle Sphere,” a champagne jelly with strawberry sphere and Yuzu curd, for dessert. Price: $1,288

Lobby Lounge will provide live music by a quartet and an Australian singer/songwriter, Ron Kingston, and two standard drinks as you wait for the firework display. Price: $450

Tin Lung Heen will prepare an authentic Cantonese cuisine of an eight-course dinner, including braised whole abalone in supreme abalone sauce, sautéed prawns with asparagus and black truffle, and steamed garoupa fillet with crab roe and egg white. A-la-carte menu is also available. Price: $1,188
