The Mistral

From November 21 to 30, The Mistral’s Chef Eugenio is offering seven dishes featuring white Alba truffles. The dishes include classics such as the Piedmont-style handmade egg tagliolini with white truffle in Parmesan cream sauce at $188.

Goccia

Piedmont-born Chef Fabrizio lets you decide how your Alba white truffle dishes will be served and those a little less sure of their expertise in the field can ask for recommendations. At $100 per gram, you can partake in the truffle extravaganza throughout the months of October and November.

Whisk

Whisk chef William Girard has prepared a connoisseur’s tasting menu ($1,580)  including a Tasmanian scallop sashimi that leverages the aromas of the white truffle. Offer ends November 20.

H One

White truffles are stealing the show with four starters, four main courses and two desserts at H One until November 30. Begin with the baked free range Italian egg with baby spinach, freshly-grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and chicken jus at $128.

Pierre

The eminent chef Pierre Gagnaire will return to his eponymous restaurant to launch his white truffle tasting menu from November 16 to 19. The five-course menu ($3,888) includes dishes that can also be ordered separately.

Hugo’s

Chef Richard Sawyer has crafted a menu of main courses including fresh tagliatelle with white truffle and sautéed cépes ($750). On offer till the end of November.

Sabatini

Head chef Andrea Magnano has put together six dishes featuring the unique aromas and tastes of the white truffle, including warm soft polenta, Mascarpone and poached organic egg scented with white truffle and black pepper ($488).

Domani

Domani’s truffle menu features various white truffle appetizers, first courses, a main, and a dessert. Dishes include the Taleggio cheese fondue and chestnut with white Alba truffle starter ($400).
