Mr. Steak Grill is a proud local restaurant that boasts its own in-house dry-age room. The ambience here is casual and unpretentious; the steaks are simple and accompanied by a lovely selection of sauces and seasonings. Mr. Steak’s signatures include a 400-day grain-fed Aberdeen Prime steak, and an in-house dry-aged USDA Prime. I especially liked the juicy Aberdeen, and although it tasted meaty and fine on its own, it worked wonderfully well with a touch of Himalayan salt on the side. But you’d be a fool to just take my word for it.
