Chef Philippe Etchebest (former rugby player and professional light-heavyweight boxer!) from Michelin two-star Hostellerie de Plaisance in Saint Emilion, France returns to Restaurant Petrus from Jan 11 - 15, 2011.

His menu will include dishes like seared Wagyu beef with red wine sauce and peppermint oil, Hokkaido Bay scallop with black gascony pork belly and truffle and a selection of desserts including tangerine trompe l’oeil with spicy citrus salad and lemon crème brûlée.

Lunch menus are priced from $388 - $518 for two to four courses, and $1,380 - $1,680 for dinner menus.
