A popular Irish brand of beer, Guinness has been traditionally enjoyed with staples of Irish pub food, such as beef pie and fish and chips. This summer, Lily & Bloom has created modern gourmet pairings of light dishes with the popular beer to provide a new combination of flavors.
Taste of Guinness Menu includes oysters Kilpatrick and beetroot carpaccio for starters, roasted pigeon and dry aged irish rib-eye for mains, and peppermint sorbet and Guinness tiramisu for desserts.
The Taste of Guinness Menu at Lily & Bloom will be available from July 1 until the end of September and will only be served with reservations made at least three working days in advance. The six-course dinner including two pints of Guinness which will be priced at $760 with 10% service charge. Guests may enjoy the menu in Bloom, an American-style brasserie, or in the private dining room at Lily.
