The Miramar Group restaurants Cuisine Cusine, Tsui Hang Village Restaurant and Yunyan Sichuan Restaurant are currently presenting the finest Taihu Lake hairy crabs in a variety of dishes from October until the end of November. The three outlets will be preparing golden aromatic hairy crabs in traditional, innovative and Sichuan styles respectively.
