It’s hot hot heat at Langham Place Hotel with the “Sizzling Malay-ficence” dining promo. Yes, the pun name is a little forced, but the promo is kickass. The Place’s chef Chaw will be paying homage to the flavors of Southeast Asia with a slew of spiced-up dishes, which will be available in buffet form until the end of August. Enjoy classics such as bak kut teh (pork spareribs simmered in a herbal broth), beef rendang (done here with wagyu, of course), and stir-fried chili crab, to name a few.
