Ten International Chefs to Cook at The Langham Hospitality Group's Food and Wine Festival

The Langham Hospitality Group will be launching a first-of-its-kind 11-day Food and Wine festival from September 13 to September 23, 2012.

A total of 10 guest chefs from around the world will be joining the hotel group’s head chefs to serve some top-of-the-class exotic lunches, dinners and tastings at restaurants located in both The Langham and Langham Place.

The renowned hospitality group is calling in an impressive line-up of guest chefs from France, Spain, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and other countries around the world, including Michelin-recognized chefs like Albert Roux of Le Gavroche, London, and Susur Lee of Lee and Lee’s Lounge in Canada. Food enthusiasts and award-winning wine experts like Roy Moorfield and Antonio Pasquale will also be there to craft special menus and provide wine-tasting sessions.

Throughout the festival, special menus will be available during lunch, tea and dinner, ranging from $205 to $1,888. Cardholders of Standard Chartered and Manhattan cards will enjoy a 20 percent discount.
